Strive 365 does not collect a signup fee or cancellation fee. There is no contract. Your membership gives you access to a 24/7 gym facility with tanning.

On your 6th month payment there is a $50 maintenance fee that is automatically charged along with your membership fee. If for some reason funds are unavailable on any ACH pull, your entry to the gym will be blocked and we incur a $20 fee for insufficient funds that will be passed along to the member.
